Go to the “Springers Login” link (available on all ssfs.org web pages) and select “Parents” from the dropdown menu. Log in with your school-issued username and password, and you will be directed to the Parent Portal page, with single sign-on access to your child(ren)’s classes, My BackPack, lunch menus, photos, the PA website, and more.
Go to the calendar page on our School website (Quicklinks > Calendar), and click the orange bell icon to get email reminders automatically sent to you for calendar events, and/or the click the grey RSS icon to download events to your iCal or Outlook calendar. You can select the full school calendar, or filter so that you only get reminders or alerts for a specific division.
Vidigami is the School’s secure and private photo sharing software service, accessible by clicking the Photos icon from the Parent Portal page. The first time you log in, you’ll have to re-enter your school-issued username and password; after that, you will be logged in automatically once you sign in to the Parent Portal page. You can upload and download photos of School events and activities throughout the year, tag your child, and create your own personal album of special moments
The e-newsletter is available on the website under “Quicklinks” and on the Parent Portal page. It is also emailed to all parents/guardians every Sunday afternoon. Be sure you read the all-school section and your child’s division bulletin each week for important School announcements and information.
Yes. SSFS uses One Call Now for all emergency text notification services. Text alerts are used only for emergency notifications and school delay/closure information. We use the cell phone numbers of parents/guardians provided in each family’s My BackPack account for phone text alerts; all parents and guardians are signed up to receive emergency notifications automatically when you provide your cell phone information via My BackPack, so you don’t need to register separately for this service. As required by law, users may opt out of this service upon receipt of the text message. If you are not receiving text alerts and you have provided a cell phone number, please submit a tech ticket at firstname.lastname@example.org.
