Business Office FAQs

If I pay through FACTS, do I have to initiate or approve a payment?

No. FACTS is set up to automatically withdrawal the balance due to SSFS on the chosen date.

What is the billing and payment process?

We run statements monthly for each account. Ten days before a scheduled payment, you will receive an email from the business office, letting you know a statement is available to view in My BackPack. 

If you have any questions after you review the statement, please contact Jessica Groeger or at 301-774-7455 x181. Five days before a scheduled payment, FACTS will send a payment reminder. We can accept changes up until two business days before a payment is due.

How do I view past Beestro activity?

  • Log into your My BackPack account
  • Click “Account Details” under the “My Accounts” heading
  • Click “Campus Store"
  • Set the date parameters and click search

How do I view my statement?

  • Log into your My BackPack account
  • Click “Statements” under the “My Accounts” heading
