We run statements monthly for each account. Ten days before a scheduled payment, you will receive an email from the business office, letting you know a statement is available to view in My BackPack.
If you have any questions after you review the statement, please contact Jessica Groeger or at 301-774-7455 x181. Five days before a scheduled payment, FACTS will send a payment reminder. We can accept changes up until two business days before a payment is due.
