Dear Friends,

 

Greetings from Norwood Road, and a resounding Happy 2023 to you and yours! The new year on campus brought a wave of refreshed energy, despite the temperamental Maryland winter weather. There is a lot to look forward to this upcoming year—gathering together for our SSFS Auction, re-connecting over Alumni Weekend (celebrating anniversary years for the 3’s and 8’s!), and as always, connecting with each of you as we continue to do good work in this area and across the country.

 

While there is more news from Alumni and Friends to share, I wanted to take a moment of quiet reflection during this mid-winter season to highlight one of my favorite memories of togetherness in our community from last year—a moment of beautiful singing "The Silver Swan" during SSFS's 60th Anniversary Celebration.
