Whether you are a graduate, a former student, or currently enrolled, this is where you can request your records. Use the section below to find the right request form for you and follow the instructions provided. We aim to make the process clear, timely, and secure—ensuring your records are delivered quickly and responsibly, in keeping with our Quaker values of stewardship and integrity.

How It Works

Fill out the correct form above with the student’s information and the receiving school’s contact details.

Allow 7–10 business days for processing.

If applicable, resolve any outstanding balances with the Business Office. Transcripts cannot be released if there is an outstanding balance.

We send transcripts directly to the receiving school via email. If needed, we can send a hard copy to the address provided.
Understanding Transcripts vs. Report Cards
At Sandy Spring Friends School, the type of records available depends on the student’s grade level.

Lower School (Preschool–Grade 5): Families may request report cards, which provide an overview of the student’s progress and reports from these years. Transcripts are not issued for Lower School.

Middle School & Upper School (Grades 6–12): Families may request transcripts, which include official documentation of courses completed and grades earned. Transcripts can be requested as official (sent directly to schools, colleges, or organizations) or unofficial (for personal reference).
