Rental Spaces on the SSFS Campus
Thanks for your interest in rental facilities at Sandy Spring Friends School.
Our 140-acre campus offers opportunities for renting classroom and conference room space, performance spaces, athletic facilities, and camping and outdoor activity spaces. We also host birthday parties and other events.
To begin, please submit your rental request through this Google Form. Once your request has been reviewed by SSFS, you will receive instructions to complete your booking through Subler.
Subler is our new online facility booking system that simplifies the rental process. Through Subler, users can check availability in real time, view facility details, receive cost estimates, and make payments online. Rental agreements and insurance certificates can also be submitted through the platform. All payments will be managed online. Please visit the SSFS rental page online to see photos and pricing, and to book your rental once approved via the SSFS Google form.
