Registration Points to Remember

To register:

  • Mail/deliver all completed enrollment forms and required fees to SFDC by May 1. SFDC is located at 16923 Norwood Road, Sandy Spring, Maryland, 20860.

  • Enrollment and health forms can be downloaded from our website and are required for each camper.

  • An immunization certificate is required for a child not currently enrolled in a Maryland school.

  • Note that the registration process will be halted and spaces will not be held in camp if forms are incomplete or the immunization certificate, if required, is not attached.

Early Bird Discount

Register and submit full camp fees to the camp office by April 1, 2008, to receive a 5% discount.

Nonrefundable Deposit

To hold a space in camp, there is the option of paying a $100 nonrefundable deposit per camper. This amount is not an addition to the camp tuition, but will be deducted from the balance due.

Refunds before April 1, 2008

Refunds are issued for tuition, extended care and transportation prior to April 1, 2008, excluding the nonrefundable deposit.

Refunds after April 1, 2008

Refunds after April 1, 2008 are not available.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any camp that is not sufficiently enrolled. Decisions determining sufficient enrollment occur in April. If a camp is cancelled, enrollment in an alternate camp is an option or a full refund will be issued.

Payments Due in Full

Full payment must be received in the camp office by May 1st, 2008.

Adjustments to Camp Enrollment or Transportation

To add or change enrollment in a camp or transportation service please note the following:

  • Submit requests in writing to the SFDC administrative staff at least three business days prior to the beginning of any camp (the WEDNESDAY prior to the camp session).

  • Requests are subject to space availability.

  • A $10 fee per camper for each change and/or adjustment will apply.
