This annual event is a fun-filled gala held in the spring. A magical evening takes place off campus when the SSFS parents and school community gather together to place their bids on their favorite items. Donations are received from community members and outside businesses and then auctioned off to the highest bidder. This event is the PA’s biggest fundraising event of the year and raises a substantial amount of funds to help our school.

Volunteers are needed to create decorations and displays, publicize the event, and to help with set up and take down at the event. Committee members work together as a team to decide the exact format of the evening and tasks to be done, which may include selling advertisements, gathering donations, and organizing entertainment.
