Welcome back to the start of a new school year! We've had great success with our Giant A+ BonusBuck, Safeway (eScrip) programs and the many others rewards programs in the past – Thank you to all who have participated for all your support!

Grocery/education programs are an easy way for families to donate money to the school without spending any extra out of pocket cash! For each purchase you make at any of the participating retailers below, a % of what you spend will automatically be given to SSFS-it's that easy! Most programs do require you to re-enroll every year so we're counting on you to enroll again this year, either by filling out the downloadable flyer and returning it to the PA Office OR by using the links provided to register. If you choose to sign up to the perpetual list, every year until you notify the coordinator or school otherwise, your grocery card numbers (not debit/ATM/credit cards) will be renewed automatically on behalf of SSFS.

• Giant A+ BonusBucks: Purchases made between October and March using your Giant BonusBucks card will be included. Registration begins Aug 15. Go to http://www.giantfood.com/aplus and designate SSFS ID 007710 (you may designate up to 3 schools). If you do not know your BonusBucks #, simply call 1-877-366-2668 to obtain your number.

• Safeway (eScrip): In addition to your club card, you may also register one or more ATM/debit or credit cards (MC, Visa, AMEX, Discover) to SSFS. Participating merchants will make contributions to SSFS based on purchases made by you using these cards from August to September. Vendors include: Safeway, Nordstrom, Macy's, Eddie Bauer, Barnes and Noble, OfficeMax, Orvis, Buy.com and many others. Visit http://www.escrip.com to register and for a complete list of vendors. • Food Lion's Classroom Rewards: Food Lion's Classroom Rewards donates money to our school every time you shop and show your card! Visit http://www.foodlionmvprewards.com/mvp_registration/cardno.php to register your MVP card and enter school ID 212081. If you do not know your MVP #, simply call 1-877-614-6877 to obtain your MVP # by phone.

• Harris Teeter Together in Education: Participants can link their VIC cards over the summer to begin as soon as the program begins on August 1, 2010! Link up to 5 schools to your VIC card. Visit http://www.harristeeter.com/community/together_in_education/link_to_your_school.aspx and use school code 7772. If you don't know your VIC #, simply call 1-800-432-6111, option 3 to obtain your VIC # by phone.

• Target Take Charge of Education: By linking your Target RED card (Target Visa credit card, Target Credit Card or Target Check Card) to SSFS, Target will donate up to 1% of your purchases to SSFS. Visit http://www.target.com/tcoe or call 1-800-316-6142 to designate SSFS, then use the REDcard when you shop to benefit SSFS. SSFS School ID is 7902.
