After School Programs > Club Program

After school clubs offer a variety of interesting opportunities for students to explore and expand extra-curricular interests. Our clubs meet for 8 weeks and are offered in three sessions - fall, winter and spring. Clubs are offered for either 1 hour or 1 ˝ hour sessions one day per week.

A snack is provided each week to all students.

At the end of the club session students not regularly enrolled in Aftercare must be promptly picked-up. Students regularly enrolled in Aftercare will be escorted to the Aftercare facility at the end of the club session.

Each club must meet its minimum enrollment in order to run. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the club will be cancelled. Parents will receive written notification of cancelled or over-enrolled clubs along with their return payment.

The maximum enrollment of each club is determined by the teacher based on the subject, time, and resources available. Clubs are filled in the order in which registration forms are received. Parents will receive written notification of over enrolled clubs along with their return payment.

Club confirmation letters, cancellation letters and over enrollment letters will be sent home by October 10th. If at that time you would like to explore other club opportunities for your child, please contact me and I will gladly work with you to find an available opening.

Happy Clubbing!
