The Upper School Diversity Committee seeks to monitor, promote and support a spirit of inclusivity throughout the Upper School community (students, faculty, staff and parents). Using a variety of measures, the US Diversity Committee will monitor the climate of the school in issues of student, curricular, and faculty diversity. The committee will serve as a conduit for information about a number of diversity issues. The committee will consciously nurture attempts by all members of the community to create a more diverse and respectful environment in which people can thrive, regardless of race, class, gender or sexual orientation.
