General information

The buses will be parked behind the Athletic Center.

  • Students should meet the buses as soon as school ends at 3:20.
  • Equipment may be stored in the Multipurpose Room of the Athletic Center.
  • Remember to bring money for meals or bring a bagged dinner. Dinner may be purchased at Whitetail, also snacks will be for sale on the bus.
  • Students who are renting equipment need to bring a completed equipment rental form signed by their parents. These were put in student mailboxes before Winter Break. If you need another form please see Karen or Aldona or you can download one from the ski club page on our website.
  • Buses are scheduled to leave at 3:30pm and return to school by 11 pm. The buses will unload behind the Athletic Center.
  • If we need to cancel a trip due to weather-related issues, we will post that information on the website and around the school on Thursday before the end of the school day. The link to the website is http://www.ssfs.org/about/community/ski_club.htm
  • If you are going to miss a trip, please notify Karen at karen.cumberbatch@ssfs.org ext. 123 or Aldona at aldona.joseph@ssfs.org ext. 145 as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT -- do not leave your equipment unattended! There was a snowboard stolen from the equipment racks on one of our visits. If you want to go inside, please leave your equipment at the free check-in service -- that's what it's there for!
